By posting comments or submissions, You agree not to:

  • Defame, abuse, harass, or threaten MRG or any individual

  • Post unlawful, obscene, racist, politically inappropriate, defamatory, or offensive material

  • Share confidential or proprietary information

  • Upload files containing malware, viruses, trojans, worms, or harmful code

  • Post any material You do not legally own

  • Conduct contests, advertisements, or commercial promotions

  • Mislead users through false identity

  • Damage or vandalize the Website

  • Interfere with another User’s experience

Your Responsibility

You agree to indemnify and hold MRG harmless from any losses arising from your violation of these Terms.

  • Quality control teams

  • MRG India support teams (where support is involved)

Media shared in chats or workflow modules is considered business-use content, not consumer content.

All uploaded files may be stored securely in cloud environments for operational continuity. This enables:

  • Multi-device access

  • Team collaboration

  • Traceability for audit & compliance

  • Remote work enablement

Compression or transcoding may occur for performance optimization (e.g., images, media, large files).

6. Payment Data

If the Platform integrates digital payments, payment data is handled by certified third-party gateways compliant with PCI-DSS and industry security norms. MRG does not store full card details.

7. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Business files tied to ongoing transactions may not be immediately deletable due to operational dependencies.

The Platform is intended for garments manufacturing companies, textile businesses, exporters, buyers, merchandisers, suppliers, agents, and similar ecosystem users. Therefore:

  • Data exchanged may include design specifications, samples, SKUs, production schedules, costing sheets, and commercial documents.

  • Users acknowledge the professional nature of information shared.

  • Users are responsible for securing necessary rights/permissions for materials uploaded.

MRG assumes no liability for copyrighted designs shared within the ecosystem unless owned by MRG.

Data may be stored or processed in cloud environments located within or outside India, subject to contractual data safeguards and compliance standards.

13. Changes & Updates

MRG reserves the right to update the Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be reflected on the Platform, and continued use implies acceptance.

  • Pirated or unauthorized copyrighted materials

  • Malware, spyware, or harmful code
