1. Introduction

Welcome to MRG India, the official digital commerce and engagement platform of MR Garments Private Limited (“MRG”). The MRG India mobile application and website (collectively, “Platform”) are developed and maintained by BrainCave Software Private Limited (“BrainCave”).

By accessing, browsing, installing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use.

 

2. Definitions

  • “User” / “You” refers to any person accessing or using the Platform.

  • “MRG” / “Company” refers to MR Garments Private Limited.

  • “Platform” means MRG India’s mobile app and web application.

  • “BrainCave” refers to BrainCave Software Pvt. Ltd., the technology partner responsible for development and maintenance.

 

3. Scope of Services

The Platform enables users to:

  • View product catalogs

  • Explore collections

  • Submit purchase requests or inquiries

  • Receive updates, notifications, and digital communication

  • Perform other features as updated from time to time

MRG reserves full authority to modify, enhance, or discontinue features without prior notice.

 

4. Account Registration & Access

Users may be required to create an account for certain services. By registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information

  • Keep login credentials confidential

  • Accept full responsibility for activities under your account

MRG reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of T&C or policy abuse.

 

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform — including trademarks, logos, images, designs, product materials, data, UI, and software — are exclusive property of:

  • MR Garments Pvt. Ltd. (business content & brand assets)

  • BrainCave Software Pvt. Ltd. (software architecture, backend, UI/UX, and codebase)

Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

 

6. Orders, Pricing & Commercial Transactions

Product availability, pricing, and offers displayed on the Platform are indicative and subject to verification and commercial confirmation directly with MRG. The Platform may support:

  • Order inquiries

  • Retail or wholesale leads

  • Dealer/Distributor engagement

MRG reserves the right to accept or reject any order or inquiry at its discretion.

 

7. Third-Party Links & Integrations

The Platform may integrate with third-party tools for notification, payment, analytics, or messaging. MRG does not endorse or assume liability for third-party performance, data practices, or service disruptions.

 

8. Data Privacy & Security

User data is handled in alignment with applicable Indian data protection practices and internal privacy policies. By using the Platform, you consent to:

  • Data processing for service delivery

  • Communication via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or push notifications

BrainCave ensures security standards for platform infrastructure, however, no system is 100% immune. Users must adopt responsible digital practices.

 

9. Usage Restrictions

Users shall not:

  • Interfere with Platform functionality or security

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit features

  • Upload harmful, malicious, or abusive content

  • Impersonate identities or misrepresent information

  • Engage in fraudulent commercial activity

Violation may result in legal action and access termination.

 

10. Maintenance & Updates

BrainCave manages the technical upkeep of the Platform and may deploy:

  • Bug fixes

  • Enhancements

  • Feature releases

  • Security patches

During maintenance windows, access may be partially or fully restricted.

 

11. Warranty Disclaimer

The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of:

  • Uninterrupted availability

  • Error-free performance

  • Fit-for-purpose suitability

  • Merchantability or accuracy

Service experience may vary due to device, network, or external factors.

 

12. Limitation of Liability

Neither MRG nor BrainCave shall be liable for:

  • Loss of business or profits

  • Data loss or corruption

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Delays or technical failures beyond reasonable control

User reliance on Platform information is at their own risk.

 

13. Termination

MRG may suspend or terminate user access in cases of:

  • Policy violations

  • Fraudulent activities

  • System abuse

  • Regulatory mandates

User obligations, including liability clauses, shall survive termination.

 

14. Amendments

MRG may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms shall be published on the Platform, and continued usage constitutes acceptance.

 

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
